Issues at stake

This section specifically deals with issues of particular
importance, either politically, or because of some important news,
significant developments, etc.

As an example, as regards the EU/US website: the
"environment - Kyoto" and "hormone beef" issues are
certainly dealt with in adequate website's sections, but probably deserve
their own (at least, temporary) special treatment, and prominent display on
the homepage.

This section could, also, be used on the occasion of a
summit, the signing of an agreement, etc.
